Mayarin runs two separate environments. Accounts, keys and payments do not carry across.

* **Testnet** — Dashboard: [https://dashboard-testnet.mayarin.xyz](https://dashboard-testnet.mayarin.xyz/); Use it for: Trying everything with fake money

* **Mainnet** — Dashboard: [https://dashboard.mayarin.xyz](https://dashboard.mayarin.xyz/); Use it for: Real payments

## Register

1. Open the dashboard and choose **Create account**.

2. Enter your email, a password, your business name, country and city.

3. Submit, then sign in.

Start on testnet. Set everything up there, take a test payment, then repeat the setup on mainnet.

## Fill in your business profile

Open **Settings → Business profile** to review the business name, city and country you registered with. Every invoice prints your city and country, and a checkout cannot be created without them.

## Turn on two-factor

Do this before you hold real money. See [two-factor authentication](https://help.mayarin.xyz/manage/two-factor).

## Forgot your password

Use **Forgot password** on the sign-in page. Changing your password signs out every other device.
