The catalog is your list of products and prices. Add a product once, then sell it from a payment link, and the price follows the catalog. Open **Catalog** in the sidebar. It needs the `catalog:manage` permission.

## Add a product

1. Choose **New product**.

2. Enter a **Name**, for example `Premium coffee`.

3. Enter a **SKU**, your own unique code, for example `COFFEE-001`. You cannot change it later.

4. Under **Prices**, pick a **Currency** and type the **Amount**, for example `25.000,00` for IDR. Indonesian formatting groups thousands with `.` and marks decimals with `,`.

5. Optionally add a **Description**.

6. Choose **Create product**.

## Price in more than one currency

Choose **Add price** to list the same product in another currency. A buyer is charged in the currency of the link that sells it, so add a price for each currency you sell in.

## Metadata

Metadata is optional key and value pairs, for example `size` and `large`. They are for your own records and come back on the product when you read it through the API.

## Edit a product

Choose the pencil on a row to change the name, description, prices or metadata, then **Save changes**. New links use the new price. A payment that was already taken keeps the price it was taken at.

## Archive a product

Choose the archive button on a row and confirm. An archived product stops appearing in the catalog and cannot go into new links. Payments already taken for it are not affected.

## Sell it

1. Open **Payment links** and choose **Create link**.

2. Pick the kind **From catalog**.

3. Select the **Product**, the currency and the quantity.

4. Save, then copy the link or its QR code.

* A product needs at least one price.

* A link can only be priced in a currency the product has a price for.
