Payment links

A payment link is a URL you send by chat, email or QR. The buyer opens it, picks an asset, and pays. Open Payment links in the sidebar. It needs the catalog:manage permission. Create one 1. Choose Create link. 2. Pick a kind: - Fixed amount โ€” one set amount. - Open amount (counter QR) โ€” the buyer types the amount, for a counter or a tip jar. - From catalog โ€” pulls the price from a product in your catalog. 3. Enter the amount in your own currency, for example 100 for THB. 4. Optionally add a reference such as order-1042 so you can match the payment to your own records. 5. Save, then copy the link or its QR code. Choose which assets buyers can use Use Edit accepted rails on a link to narrow what a buyer can pay with. Leave it alone to accept everything you enabled in Settings. Sell from your catalog Open Catalog, add products with a name and price, then create a From catalog link. Change the price in the catalog and new links follow it. After the buyer pays The payment appears under Payments. If you set up webhooks your own system hears about it automatically.
