The price and the timer

Crypto prices move, so checkout works in two stages. Before you continue: an estimate The amount under Estimated total in is a guide. It refreshes every 15 seconds, and Refresh price updates it now. It can change between refreshes. After you continue: a locked price When you choose Continue with your asset, the exact amount is locked for a few minutes. Time left counts down on the payment page. Send the exact amount shown before it reaches zero. If the timer runs out The page shows Payment expired. Nothing is taken from you. Start a new payment from the merchant's link and you will get a fresh price. If you already sent money just before it ended, keep the page open and wait. If it still shows Payment expired or Payment failed, see the article on a failed payment. If the price cannot be locked You may see Unable to lock the price, This payment method cannot be priced right now, or We couldn't calculate this price. Check your connection and refresh the page, or pick another asset or network.

I sent the wrong amount, asset or network

Checkout tells you exactly what to send. Only one asset on one network counts: the Send exactly, Network and Address shown on the page. You sent too little Send the rest to the same address before the timer ends. Transfers add up. If the timer already ended, contact the merchant with your Reference ID. You sent too much Contact the merchant with your Reference ID and the transaction hash. Mayarin cannot decide whether an extra amount is returned to you. Your exchange took a fee out of the amount Some exchanges deduct their withdrawal fee from what you send, so the payment arrives short. Withdraw a bit more than the total, or pay from a wallet you control. If it arrived short, send the difference to the same address before the timer ends. You sent a different asset Only the asset shown on this payment counts. Anything else is not matched to your payment. Contact the merchant and your wallet or exchange provider, and share your Reference ID. Do not send again until you know where the first transfer is. You sent on a different network Only the network shown counts. A transfer on another network does not match the payment, and the payment will expire. Sometimes funds sent on another network can still be recovered, but that depends on the case and is not guaranteed. Contact support with: - your Reference ID - the transaction hash - the asset, the network you used, and the network you should have used Do not send the payment again before you hear back, or you may pay twice. How to avoid it Compare the network name on the payment page with the network in your wallet before you confirm. Send from a wallet, not from an exchange, if you can.
