Understand settlement, withdraw and pay out, handle refunds and disputes, and keep your account secure.
Two-factor authentication
Open Settings and find Security. Turn it on 1. Choose Set up authenticator app. 2. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or a similar app. Cannot scan? Open Cannot scan? Enter the key by hand. 3. Enter the 6-digit code the app shows, then Verify and enable. 4. Save your recovery codes (Copy all) somewhere safe. They are the way back in if you lose your phone. Two-factor is only real once that code is confirmed. Other security actions - Change password signs out every other device. - Login history shows recent sign-ins. Unrecognised one? Change your password. - Turning two-factor off asks you to confirm first. Mayarin support never asks for your code or recovery codes.
Understand settlement
Settlement is how a payment's value reaches you. The buyer pays in any asset; you receive your settlement asset. Open Settlement in the sidebar. Three totals sit at the top: - Settled โ Paid out to you. - Fees taken โ What Mayarin deducted. - In flight โ Priced and on the way. Nothing failed. The table below lists each settlement with its amount, Fee and net. Where the money goes It goes to the address you configured. If you chose a managed wallet, that wallet receives it. With buyer protection on, a payment is held first and released to you after the hold. If you see Wallet not set up or Set a settlement address or provision a managed wallet, finish wallet setup. Payments cannot settle without it. A payment succeeded but I see no money Check In flight first. Then open the payment: if it is SETTLING it is still moving. If it is FAILED after the buyer's money arrived, see payment stuck.
Flagged payments
Mayarin checks every payment when the buyer confirms it. - Clear โ Nothing. Most payments. - REVIEW โ The payment goes ahead. You are told, with the reason. - BLOCKED โ The payment is refused. The buyer sees only "This payment cannot be processed". A REVIEW is a heads-up, not a rejection. The rules look for patterns such as many attempts from one address, many attempts on your account in a short window, or an amount far above your usual largest payment. What to do - Look at the payment and the reason before you ship goods. - A large first-time order flagged as an amount spike is often legitimate. Confirm with the buyer if unsure. - BLOCKED payments are not created, so you have nothing to refund. You receive a payment.flagged webhook for both outcomes. Buyers are never told which rule fired.
