Contact support

Use the chat bubble in the dashboard, or the support widget on this site. Both reach the same inbox. Include this - The payment id (pi_…) from the payment's page in the dashboard. It is the fastest way for us to find what happened. - Whether you are on testnet or mainnet. - What you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps. Never send Your password, a one-time code from your authenticator app, or an sk_ secret key. Support will never ask for them. If you pasted a key anywhere, deactivate it and make a new one.

What each payment status means

Find any payment under Payments and open it. The timeline lists every step with its time. - CREATED — In plain words: A payment was started.; What you do: Nothing. - PRICE_LOCKED — In plain words: The buyer confirmed and the price is held for a short window.; What you do: Nothing. - PAYMENT_PENDING — In plain words: Waiting for the buyer's transfer to arrive and confirm.; What you do: Wait. See stuck payment. - ASSET_RECEIVED — In plain words: The buyer's money arrived.; What you do: Nothing. - CLEARING — In plain words: Mayarin is converting it to your settlement asset.; What you do: Nothing. - SETTLING — In plain words: Sending it to your wallet.; What you do: Nothing. - SUCCESS — In plain words: You are credited. Final.; What you do: Fulfil the order. - FAILED — In plain words: It did not complete. The timeline says why.; What you do: See below. Only fulfil an order on SUCCESS. Failed - If the buyer's money never arrived, the buyer must start a new payment. - If it arrived but a step failed, use Retry settlement on the payment once the cause is fixed. Nothing is paid twice. - A quote that expired fails with QUOTE_EXPIRED. Mayarin never re-prices without the buyer's consent, so they start again.

Flagged payments

Mayarin checks every payment when the buyer confirms it. - Clear — Nothing. Most payments. - REVIEW — The payment goes ahead. You are told, with the reason. - BLOCKED — The payment is refused. The buyer sees only "This payment cannot be processed". A REVIEW is a heads-up, not a rejection. The rules look for patterns such as many attempts from one address, many attempts on your account in a short window, or an amount far above your usual largest payment. What to do - Look at the payment and the reason before you ship goods. - A large first-time order flagged as an amount spike is often legitimate. Confirm with the buyer if unsure. - BLOCKED payments are not created, so you have nothing to refund. You receive a payment.flagged webhook for both outcomes. Buyers are never told which rule fired.

FAQ

Do I need to understand crypto? No. You price in your currency and receive a stablecoin. Your buyer picks the asset they hold. Which currencies can I price in? IDR, USD, SGD, THB and MYR. Does Mayarin hold my money? No. You are paid to a wallet you control. A managed wallet always has you as an owner, and you can remove Mayarin from it without our help. Can I take card, QRIS or bank transfer? Not yet. Fiat rails and a stablecoin-to-bank cash-out are planned, not live. Testnet or mainnet? Testnet uses fake money for trying things. Mainnet is real. They are separate: accounts, keys and webhooks do not carry across. I lost my secret key. Create a new one and deactivate the old one. See API keys. I lost my authenticator. A payment stuck

Open the payment under Payments and read the timeline. Find the status below. - PAYMENT_PENDING — Usual cause: The buyer has not paid, or the transfer has not confirmed yet.; What to do: Wait. Blockchains confirm in seconds to minutes. If the buyer says they paid, ask for the transaction hash. - CLEARING / SETTLING — Usual cause: Conversion or payout still running.; What to do: Wait a few minutes. - FAILED and buyer's money arrived — Usual cause: A step failed after funds came in.; What to do: Use Retry settlement on the payment. If it is refused, contact support. - FAILED and no money arrived — Usual cause: Quote expired or buyer never paid.; What to do: The buyer starts a new payment. Before you contact support Have the payment id (pi_…), the buyer's transaction hash if you have it, and whether it is testnet or mainnet. Never Do not ship goods for a payment that is not SUCCESS, and never ask the buyer to pay a second time while the first is still pending.

Webhooks are not arriving

1. Open Webhooks → Deliveries and search for the event. If a delivery is listed, Mayarin did send it. Read its result. 2. Wrong URL or environment. Testnet and mainnet have separate endpoints. An endpoint added on testnet does not exist on mainnet. 3. Your server answered non-2xx. Mayarin retries after about 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 12 hours, then marks the delivery dead. Fix the server; later events will arrive. 4. Signature check failing. Use the exact raw request body and the endpoint's signing secret. Re-saving or re-parsing the body changes the signed bytes. A delivery older than five minutes is rejected. 5. Firewall or redirect. The URL must be publicly reachable, and a redirect may drop the body. 6. WooCommerce. The endpoint is https://your-store/wp-json/mayarin/v1/webhook and the same signing secret must be in the plugin settings. Still nothing? Send support the delivery id and the endpoint URL.
